 OTM is configured to make a Web Service call to QAD Precision when a rate for a parcel shipping service is required. The results are made available in OTM along with rates for other modes and there is no difference in the process from a user perspective. With QAD Precision providing parcel carrier rate information, OTM is capable of planning and rating across all transportation modes.
